Shipping & Returns

We’re currently pre‑launch (waitlist only). The policy below is what will apply to orders once purchasing opens.

Made to order

Every Field & Ink keepsake is produced to order for your specific game by our professional print partners — there’s no inventory; each piece is created just for you.

Turnaround & shipping

Physical pieces are typically produced within about 3–6 business days, then shipped to you, with delivery usually another 2–5 business days within the United States. Framed and Heirloom pieces may take a little longer. You’ll receive tracking when your order ships.

Shipping is free within the United States — it’s included in the price. Your piece ships directly from our print partner, carefully packaged with shatterproof acrylic (never glass) so it arrives safely. International shipping isn’t available at launch.

Digital downloads are delivered by email — no shipping involved.

Damaged or defective items

We stand behind every piece. If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, we’ll reprint and replace it free of charge. Just email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Returns & exchanges

Because each keepsake is custom‑made for the specific game you choose, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please double‑check your game and finish before ordering — and reach out if you’d like help confirming you’ve got the right one.

Digital downloads are non‑refundable once delivered, since the file can’t be returned.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your piece hasn’t yet gone into production, we’ll cancel and refund it. Once production has started, it can’t be cancelled.
