Privacy Policy

Effective June 28, 2026

Field & Ink (“we,” “us”) is an independent studio that makes hand‑lettered keepsakes of historic baseball games. This policy explains, in plain English, what we collect when you visit our site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you join our waitlist or reserve a keepsake, we collect your email address and — only if you provide them — the game you’re interested in and the finish (Digital, Fine‑Art, Framed, or The Heirloom). That’s the only personal information we ask for. We are not yet selling products, so we do not collect payment or shipping details.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and reliable operation. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t run third‑party analytics or ad networks.

How we use it

We do not use your information for advertising, and we never sell, rent, or trade it.

Who we share it with

We keep your information private and use a small number of trusted providers to run the site. They only process data on our behalf:

We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you ask us to remove it, or until it’s no longer needed for the purpose you gave it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it / unsubscribe — just email us at the address below. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, delete, and opt out of any “sale” of personal information. We don’t sell it, and we’ll honor those requests.

Children

The site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International visitors

We operate in the United States, and your information will be processed there.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Effective” date above always shows the latest version.
